PROFILE + COLOR FINISH
Choose the beam first, then specify the coating.
Powder-coated guardrails use a colored finish on a selected steel guardrail system. W-Beam and Thrie-Beam are different panel profiles; each needs matching posts, connections and a project layout. Color alone does not define the barrier configuration.
The photograph is an installed green W-Beam example, not an image of every profile or coating specification.

The illustration shows a W-Beam example: the rail and posts can deform as load passes through the complete barrier, helping guide the vehicle along the road edge. The powder-coated finish does not determine a crash rating by itself.

THRIE-BEAM WORKING-PRINCIPLE REFERENCE

COATED W-BEAM ASSEMBLY EXAMPLE
Match the coated rail to its connections.
The supplied blue W-Beam drawing shows the rail, post, blockout, splice bolts and post bolts. It explains one W-Beam connection arrangement; it is not a Thrie-Beam assembly drawing.
- Confirm the approved panel profile, post spacing and end treatment.
- Match blockouts, overlap direction and fasteners to the project drawing.
- Check the specified finish and color on panels and supplied components.
- Inspect connections and address coating damage as required by the approved specification.
Final installation sequence, foundations, fastener requirements and coating repair method follow the approved project documents.
Models & specifications
Powder coating is a finish, not a separate beam model. Every standard W-Beam and Thrie-Beam panel entry is listed individually below with its PIPESD display code and complete dimensions. Confirm the selected profile, model, hole pattern, coating system and color against the project drawing.

P-RTB is our display prefix. The five “-1” entries suit square posts and specify 4 mm panels; the four “-2” entries suit steel pipe or H-section posts and allow 3 or 4 mm as listed. RTB04 adjustment length follows project design. The model list does not imply stock availability.
