ROAD LIGHTING / PRODUCT DETAIL

Street Light Poles

Steel pole styles and project-specific specifications for roads, walkways and public spaces.

PROJECT-LED SUPPLY

Street light poles support the fixture, arm and electrical access points in a road lighting installation. Choose a pole by its height, shaft section, arm arrangement, base connection and surface finish. Share your drawing and project quantity so the complete pole assembly can be reviewed for quotation.

01 / MODEL OPTIONS

Choose a pole style or send your drawing

Browse the different pole forms below, then confirm dimensions and connections with a project drawing. These pictures are visual model references. Custom pole geometry and logo placement can be discussed.

Solar street light configurations

The solar lighting image shows additional arrangements with panels, luminaires and poles. They belong to complete lighting systems; panel, battery and luminaire specifications are quoted separately from a standalone pole.

02 / IN USE

Installed applications

Roads, pedestrian routes and public spaces place different demands on pole layout and visual scale. These images show possible installed appearances; they do not identify a supplied project or establish a technical specification.

03 / DRAWING CHECK

Define the complete pole assembly

A pole drawing should identify the shaft height and section, wall thickness, arm connection, access opening, base plate and anchor-bolt layout. These details are checked together so a pole is quoted as the assembly required by the project.

01

Shaft & material

Specify pole height, upper and lower section, wall thickness and material grade.

02

Arm & fixture interface

Confirm single or double arms, reach, angle and the fixture connection.

03

Access & base connection

Locate the access opening and define the base plate and anchor-bolt pattern.

04

Surface requirements

State the requested finish, color and project exposure conditions.

04 / MANUFACTURING

Steel & fabrication

Steel selection, cutting, forming and welding are reviewed against the confirmed pole drawing. Q235 appears in the workshop reference as one material option; the material grade and connection details for each order must be confirmed before production.

  • Material and section checked against the drawing
  • Forming and welded seams reviewed for the specified geometry
  • Arm, access opening and base connection confirmed together

05 / FINISH

Galvanizing and surface finish

Hot-dip galvanizing, a color finish or a specified combination can be discussed for the selected pole. Provide the coating requirement, color and installation environment with your drawing. The finish is confirmed in the quotation and production documents.

PROCESS REFERENCE

Specify the whole surface system

The reference visual shows a steel pole, a protective zinc layer and a colored outer finish. It also shows production and inspection scenes. These are visual explanations; the exact process, coating requirement and verification documents must be agreed for the order.

01
Steel substrate

Confirm the material grade and pole structure.

02
Zinc protection

State the galvanizing requirement in the project specification.

03
Color finish, if required

Confirm color, surface treatment and inspection method.

Select the required finish in the project selection box above. The process image and notes here explain the options; they are not a second selector. Back to selection ↑

06 / DELIVERY

Packing & container loading

Packing is planned around pole length, surface finish, bundled components and the route to site. The photos below are loading and mixed-lighting packing references. Pole-specific protection and container arrangements are confirmed for each order.

08 / QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote

These are the details that help us review a street light pole project accurately.

Can poles and base plates be made to a supplied drawing?

Send the pole, arm, base plate and anchor-bolt drawings with the required quantity. The complete assembly is reviewed before quotation.

Can a logo be added to the pole?

Logo customization can be discussed. Send the artwork, preferred position and color so the application method can be assessed for the selected finish.

How is the surface finish confirmed?

Provide the finish specification, color and installation environment. The confirmed finish is written into the quotation and order documents.
